JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as also heard learned counsel, appearing for the informant. Admittedly, no one has sustained any injury and the learned Sessions Judge has observed in his impugned order that there was land dispute between the parties. No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent but almost all the cases were registered against the petitioner for the offence under Sections341, 324 , 504 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V.
