2. The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the opposite party No. 2 vide order dated 06.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27537 of 2016 in connection with Buxar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation against the opposite party no. 2 is of torture for non-fulfillment of the further dowry demand of motorcycle and gold chain.

4. I have perused the impugned order granting bail to

No.15563 of 2020(2) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 the opposite parties no. 2 and the same is dated 06.02.2017, I am not inclined to interfere with the said order particularly since around nine years have elapsed since then, moreover, the petitioner has not been able to show any good ground to interfere with the said impugned order. Hence, no ground for cancellation of bail is made out.
