This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52547 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's original name is Nirasa Kumari and Priya Kumari is her nick name but the bail has been granted on the name of Priya Kumari only.

Considering the affidavit filed by the petitioner, the order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52547 of 2021 is modified to the extent that petitioner Priya Kumari @ Nirasa Kumari has been granted bail.

Let, the petitioner (Priya Kumari @ Nirasa Kumari) shall be released on bail with the same conditions as in the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18584 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 dated the order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52547 of 2021. Further the period for surrendering and furnishing bail bond in the Court below shall also be extended by six weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
