The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted Ram Janam Singh on his head.

It is submitted that the injury is simple in nature. There are two Sanjay Yadav in list of the accused and there is also allegation that another Sanjay Yadav caused injury to the mother of the informant which is grievous in nature. There is case and counter case between both the parties. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the

No.45762 of 2014 (3) dt.13-04-2015 2/2 above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Kako P.S. Case No.128 of 2014 with the following conditions : 1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
