JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that live cartridge and mobile phone have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The said mobile phone belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.9.2016. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.
