Petitioner happens to be co-villager of the informant and admittedly, the victim was recovered just after the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 10.03.2014, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
