There is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injuries. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Baleshwar Yadav @ Baleshwar Roy and Jai Jai Ram Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S.Case No. 116 of 2015.
