Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 220 of 2016 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner's name has come in the confessional statement of coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4929 of 2017 (4) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 220 of 2016.
