JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The allegation against the petitioner is that he opened fire causing fire arm injury on the arm of the informant but admittedly, the informant sustained simple injury said to be caused by fire arm. So far as setting the fire on the hut of the informant is concerned, the said allegation is not specific against the petitioner. Moreover, prior to institution of the present case, sister of the petitioner lodged criminal case against the sons of the informant. Accordingly, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh (
