In this case, the petitioner is claiming that his pay-scale has wrongly been fixed resulting into reduction of his rate of pension.
As per petitioner, according to prior fixation, he was entitled to Rs. 9,45,905/- but, was paid Rs. 7,20,467/- and there is a difference of Rs. 2,25,438/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proper pay fixation has not been done, that has caused loss to the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.13558 of 2018 dt.04-10-2018 2/2 Let the petitioner should file a proper representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna with full details as to how he is claiming the amount of money which has been mentioned in the present writ application should be verified by the authority looking to his grievance with respect to wrong fixation of his pay.
Let the entire process should be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of this order.
If the authority is arrived to a finding that the claim of the petitioner is correct, it goes without saying that he will be entitled to the arrear amount which must be paid to him without unnecessary delay preferably within a period of two months after the date of order passed by the aforesaid authority.
