04. 22.06.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 135 of 2009 (S.Tr. No. 597 of 2014) registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda.

The Report of 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda dated 13.05.2016 reveals that only three witnesses are left to be examined.

In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
