The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioners and co-accused assaulted the informant with lathi and iron rod and took away Rs. 20,000/- from the wife of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Moreover, the injuries are found simple in nature. Further submission is that coaccused Sujay Ram has already been allowed bail by a Bench of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3496 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 46133 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
