Petitioner is accused in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 675 of 2016 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the I.P.C.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim, in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C stated that she is 18 years old and had gone with the petitioner on her own sweet will. The medical report also assessed her age 17-19 years. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5301 of 2017 (3) dt.30-03-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 675 of 2016.
