Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 18.03.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5149 of 2013.

It appears that two applications were filed against the same impugned order which was pointed out by the office. Even though by order dated 12.05.2014, this Court had directed that both the applications be listed together but have not been done so by the office since it is still defective.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that three witnesses have been examined.

In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21407 of 2014 (4) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 Sessions Trial No.22 of 2013/51 of 2013 arising out of Nabinagar P.S. Case No.108 of 2012 pending before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Aurangabad, is once again rejected. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
