The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1244 of 2021, arising out of Mehandia P.S. Case No. 200 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The petitioners are in custody since 25.12.2021. Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
