Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was rejected twice by this Court.

Perused the report of the Trial Court with regard to present stage of trial and it appears from the report dated 05.12.2014 that the case was pending for framing of charge since the Petitioner was lodged in Chapra Jail, whereas, co-accused, Deepak Kumar was not appearing.

The Trial Court is directed to frame charge through Video Conferencing on the next date if the facility is available. Considering the merits of the case, I am not inclined to review the earlier orders refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in connection with Maker P.S. Case No.29 of 2012 (Sessions Trial No.426 of 2013)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26416 of 2014 (4) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 pending before the 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran, Charpa, is once again rejected.

The trial Court is directed to take stringent steps against non-appearing accused including cancelling his bail bond so as to conclude the trial expeditiously.
