2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 479/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. One countrymade loaded pistol has been recovered from the petitioner who is in jail since 18.08.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 479/2023.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
