Misc. No.30841 of 2014 and both the cases were dismissed by order dated 08.01.2015. It is for this reason that the present application has been listed before this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in Alauli P.S. Case No.177 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 302, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, II, Khagaria, vide Sessions Trial No.65 of 2014.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26697 of 2014 (6) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to abide by the directions laid down in the connected matter.
