The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. case No. 206 of 2014 instituted under Sections 307, 326, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner shot in the abdomen of the informant demanding money from her. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other co-accused Mintu Nut has been granted anticipatory bail by learned Sessions Judge, Patna. He further submits that the injury on the person of the informant is simple in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2016.

No.1014 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur in connection with Shahpur P.S. case No. 206 of 2014.
