Prayer is for modification of order dated 17.07.2018 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.1789 of 2018 whereby petitioner Nos.1 to 9 were allowed anticipatory bail with direction to furnish bail bonds in connection with Hussainganj P.S.Case No.54 of 2018 within a period of thirty days but petitioner No.6 was unable to furnish the bail bond within the stipulated period

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17784 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 as he was suffering from jaundice.

Prayer for modification of petitioner No.6 is allowed and further four weeks time is granted to furnish the bail bonds with condition that petitioner No.6 shall deposit Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
