Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 09.04.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10028 of 2013 in view of nature of allegation which was of kidnapping the Informant for ransom.

Prayer for bail was renewed on the ground that the case was not committed to the Court of Sessions as yet. When a report was called for from the Chief Judicial Magistrate in this regard, he reported that the Petitioner had taken the plea of being juvenile on account of which the matter was sent to the Juvenile Justice Board where he was assessed as major and thereafter the file was returned. It was under these circumstances that the case was not committed to the Court of Sessions while that of the coaccused was committed on 30.08.2013.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27417 of 2014 (4) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 In view of the aforesaid as also in the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.150 of 2012/TR No.1337 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
