The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.10.2016 in connection with Kudhani (Kurhani) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B)/34 of the IPC.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's daughter was married with Jitendra Kumar Singh. After marriage, her husband and other family members started demanding Rs. 5,00,000/- and always they used to torture her. On 28.08.2016, the informant received information from her Dewar that her daughter has been killed. She alongwith others went her daughter's in-laws house and saw that her daughter was burnt and her tong was out.

No.1059 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 She believed that her daughter was killed after pressing her neck and with intent to disappear evidence pouring Kerosene Oil set fire on her. All the family members of her Sasural fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. He has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is the Dewar of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani (Kurhani) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016.
