The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 I.P.C. has been added.

Allegation is that on 20.09.2018 one boy of Narayanpur Tola came at informant's house and called the son of the informant, namely, Izad Ansari and thereafter Izad Ansari went with the said boy, but he did not return. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has come

There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence nor there is any circumstantial evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
