Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20943 of 2020(2) dt.06-11-2020 2/3 learned counsel for the petitioner assures that defects shall be removed when the court start normal function. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel of the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute. The injureds have sustained simple injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. Moreover, except section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, almost all the sections are bailable in nature. There appears to be land dispute between the parties for which lis is pending. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
