Petitioners are named in the first information report but it is the specific case of the prosecution that at the instigation of petitioner no.1, it was co-accused Sumant Kumar who gave brick blow to the injured Urmila Devi. The injured Urmila Devi sustained two injuries; one is on her head and another is on her lip. So far as injury found on her head is concerned, the same is attributed to Sumant Kumar and the aforesaid injury appears to be grievous in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
