Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioner and others to have assaulted different persons for land dispute.

Submission of the petitioner is that the injury reports annexed with the application would reveal that the injured had sustained simple injury except Amisha Kumari. The petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2016 and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4054 of 2017 (3) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur/successor Court in connection with Samastipur Mufassil Police Station Case No. 208 of 2016.
