Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 07.03.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4158 of 2012.

It has been submitted that only two witnesses are left to be examined in the Trial Court as per the instruction of the client.

In view of such, I see no justification to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.1267 of 2013 arising out of Bhargama P.S. Case No.15 of 2012 pending before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, IV, Araria, is once again rejected.
