Although petitioner is named in the first information report but neither the informant nor any witness appears to be an eye-witness of the alleged occurrence and name of this petitioner dragged in this case on the ground that at the time of alleged occurrence, he as well as some others were seen by the informant.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Chainpur P.S. Case no. 157/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
