The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.496 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that this is a case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Vikash Kumar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20742 of 2021(2) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.496 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
