Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that after 30 days of the occurrence, Investigating officer filed a petition before the court for remand of the petitioner in the present case, though there appears to be nothing against him. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been remanded in this case only on the basis of suspicion and, as a matter of fact, when petitioner got bail in almost all cases, police got remanded the petitioner in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
