The present writ petition has been filed directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for selection of Anganbari Sevika in place of private respondent no.7 who has been selected as Anganbari Sevika in Ward No.4, situated in Village- Tiskurwa under Gram Panchayat Raj Basniyawan, P.S.- Harnaut, District- Nalanda.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has not challenged the appointment of private respondent no.7 before the original forum as described under relevant margdarshika/guidelines for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika & Sahayika.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the Original Authority under the relevant margdarshika/guidelines for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika & Sahayika applicable on the petitioner and private respondent no.7. If, the petitioner files her representation within 30 days, then only her matter shall be entertained and be disposed off within 90 days from the date of completion of appearance of private respondent in this case.
