Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "For issuance of writ in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner to be transferred in view of recommendation made by the Regional Deputy Director, Education, Patna Division, Patna vide memo No. 690 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.12976 of 2018 (2) dt.16-08-2018 20-07-2017 as contained in Annexure-6 to the writ petition".

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-7 to this application before the District Education Officer, Patna (respondent No. 5) but the said representation is pending till date.

The District Education Officer, Patna (respondent No. 5) is directed to dispose of the said representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
