Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 135 of the Electricity Act.

The petitioner is granted anticipatory bail subject to the payment of the entire amount which is the loss amount mentioned in the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11235 of 2020(9) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Mr. Krishna Kumar Thakur (petitioner) shall pay the entire amount of Rs. 1, 86,476/- at one go.

In view of the above submission, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 4th Darbhanga, in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C., subject to the payment of the entire amount which has been the loss amount (Rs. 1, 86,476/-).

The deposit will be without prejudice to the case of the petitioner and will be subject to the final result of the case. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
