One co-accused was caught on the spot and made his confessional statement disclosing the name of petitioner and others. Petitioner was remanded in this case on 01.12.2014 and since then he is in jail custody but he was not put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.
