JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.211 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that from the petitioner's motorcycle, one country made loaded pistol and one cartridge were recovered.

Submission is that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only after lodging of this case, one case was lodged and he has been in custody since 16.9.2016. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner, namely, Deepak Kumar Sah @ Deepak Sah @ Deepak Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
