JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties and the persons of both the sides have sustained injuries. It is alleged that the petitioners assaulted the informant and one Hari Narain Yadav but the injuries sustained by them are simple in nature. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-II, Madhubani in Babubarhi P.S.
