JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of snatching of mobile phone from the informant and one person has been apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks from the
