Petitioner is accused in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 510 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26(2)/35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one loaded countrymade pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of petitioners respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegations have been levelled against the petitioners. They have falsely been implicated in this case.
