The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

" That this writ application is being filed for insurance of an appropriate writ (s), order (s) direction, directing upon the respondents concern to settle and create Jamabandi with regards to 50 decimals of land in favour of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 813, Khesra No. 942 situated in Mauza Jaisinghpur, Thana No. 85 Anchal Turkauliya, District East Champaran, for which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2833 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 settlement case no. 02/10-11 is pending before the circle officer, Turakuliya (Respondent No. 7) for thirteen years and the petitioner is running from pillar to post.

And for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Turkauliya, District East Champaran (respondent no.7) that if not already disposed of, to dispose of Settlement Case no.2/1011 in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/communication of this order. It goes without saying that in case, for any reason, the records of the said settlement case is not available or cannot be restored by the petitioner providing copies thereof, the petitioner will file a fresh case and which will be disposed of by the respondent concerned in accordance with law within four months of its filing.

This writ application stands disposed of.
