JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Even if, prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, it is a case of last seen and admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased.

Accordingly, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 246 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga.
