This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mohania P.S. Case No.658 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8(c) & 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The recovery is of 4.18 grams of smack from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 05.10.2024.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11561 of 2025(3) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua / concerned Court below, in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.658 of 2024.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Mohania Police Station, District- Kaimur at Bhabhua on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. 7.

After being released on bail, if the petitioner is found to be involved in any new case under the N.D.P.S. Act, his bail bonds shall automatically be cancelled by the Court below.
