The petitioner is in jail custody since 11-10-2014 in a case registered under Sections-384, 386 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there is series of litigation between the petitioner and the informant and as a matter of fact, the petitioner is Sevait of a Math which was created by the ancestors of the informant but later on, dispute arose between the petitioner and the informant in respect of lands and other properties of the aforesaid Math, resulting the

Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that the petitioner is a veteran criminal and several cases have been instituted against him, prior to institution of the present case.
Consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 328 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
