JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was found engaged in selling country-made as well as foreign liquor without having any valid licence and the country-made as well as foreign liquor was recovered from his grocery shop. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 01-09-2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 194 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.
