The application raises a grievance that the order dated 15.05.2012 passed in C.W.J.C No. 6402 of 2010 has not been complied with the Opposite Parties.

The operative part of the said order reads as under: "In view of these facts emanating from the record, this Court is not inclined to invoke its extraordinary and discretionary writ jurisdiction to grant the relief. The application is dismissed."

The application appears to be misconceived. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
