The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 17.640 liters of illicit liquor from the bag belonging to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 09.01.2019.
