ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 5.3.2014 passed by the Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Kaimur, Bhabua, by which he upheld the order dated 29.10.2013 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board Bhabua, in J.J. Trial No. 295 of 2013/209 of 2014 arising out of Bhabua P.S. Case No. 300 of 2013. This Court had called for a report from the juvenile Justice Board, Kaimur at Bhabua which has been received. According to Juvenile Justice Board, four witnesses were examined by 25.11.2014 and the Proceeding of the case is going on, on a day-to-day basis.

In view of such, I am not inclined to interfere in the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.360 of 2014 dt.16-04-2015 2/2 matter.

The application stands dismissed.

However, the Juvenile Justice Board, Bhabua, is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with J.J. Trial No. 295 of 2013/209 of 2014 arising out of Bhabua P.S. Case No. 300 of 2013, to the Superintendent of Police, Bhabua, and the Superintendent of Police, Bhabua, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.

The counsel for the Informant who is present in Court also undertakes to give full assistance.
