The petitioner is accused in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26(ii) of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that while the petitioner is accused one other case, in which, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 25.01.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1781 of 2017 (2) dt.19-01-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 23 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
