Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it is made clear that in the event, if the petitioner surrenders on or before 25.07.2023, the learned Trial Court shall dispose of the case on the same day keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned District Judge but for some reason was not able to furnish the bail bonds in time.
