This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is ready to refund the claimed amouint in the Bank account of the informant under protest, which shall be subject to the result of the trial of the case.
Considering the nature of allegation and commitment of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, or successor Court.
At the time of furnishing of bail bond, the petitioner shall produce receipt of the deposit of the amount.
