The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 909 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 307, 447, 504, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.12.2018. He further submits that allegation of firing is against co-accused Adheshwar Prasad @ Avdhesh Mahto. There is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioner causing injury to the informant.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be

No.10466 of 2019(2) dt.21-02-2019 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 909 of 2018.
